Privacy Policy

1.1 Who We Are

BoldContentCraft is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our copywriting engagements. Registered contact point: Plaza Solidaridad, 11, Torrejón de Ardoz, Spain · [email protected] · +34 722 45 19 80.

1.2 Data We Collect

Via the contact console: name, work email, phone number, company name, selected service interest, budget range, and the project details you write. Via billing: invoicing identifiers processed by our payment provider. Via server logs: IP address, browser type, and timestamps retained for security. We never knowingly collect data from children under 16.

1.3 Purposes & Legal Bases

We process contact data to answer enquiries and prepare quotes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps), to deliver contracted copy and issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(b)), to secure the website and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest), and to send newsletters only where you have given consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

1.4 Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for 24 months after the last contact. Contract and invoice records are retained for the 6 years required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data, where consented, is aggregated and retained for 14 months.

1.5 Recipients & Transfers

Data is processed by vetted processors — EU-hosted email, hosting, analytics, and Stripe for payments — each bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with an adequacy assessment.

1.6 Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

1.7 Security

Transit is encrypted via TLS, access to client material is limited to assigned writers under confidentiality agreements, and all project files are stored on encrypted EU-based drives with scheduled backups.

2

Terms of Service

2.1 Scope

These terms govern every content engagement between BoldContentCraft and its clients, including articles, email sequences, sales collateral, website copy, and retainers. Each project is confirmed by an email proposal stating scope, price, and delivery dates; payment of the invoice or deposit constitutes acceptance.

2.2 Fees & Payment

Prices are fixed in the accepted quote and quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Projects above $1,000 are invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery; smaller assets are invoiced in full at kickoff. Payment is due within 14 days via the invoice or the secure payment link at checkout. Retainers bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next cycle.

2.3 Timelines & Revisions

Turnaround clocks start when we receive the brief, materials, and payment. Every project includes two rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery; scope changes, new channels, or additional pieces are quoted separately. Delayed client feedback extends delivery dates day for day.

2.4 Intellectual Property

On full payment, all worldwide rights to the final, approved deliverables transfer to the client. BoldContentCraft retains the right to reference non-confidential work in its portfolio and case studies; confidential briefs are excluded on request. Drafts, unused concepts, and our internal templates remain the property of BoldContentCraft.

2.5 Client Responsibilities & Originality

Clients warrant that supplied materials may be used and that claims, statistics, and testimonials they provide are accurate. All deliverables are original work, checked against plagiarism tools; we do not produce knowingly false or unlawful claims, and we reserve the right to decline briefs that breach law or professional ethics.

2.6 Liability & Termination

Liability is capped at the total fee paid for the affected project; we are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, or third-party platform outcomes. Either party may terminate a stalled project in writing; work completed to that point remains payable. These terms are governed by Spanish law, with courts of Madrid as the venue, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

3

Cookie Policy

3.1 What We Set

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. BoldContentCraft uses a deliberately small set: strictly necessary cookies that keep the site functional, and — only after you accept the banner — anonymous analytics cookies that tell us which pages and headlines perform.

3.2 Cookie Inventory

cookie_accepted — local storage flag remembering your consent choice (persistent until cleared). Session & security cookies — protect form submissions and site integrity (session). Analytics cookies — aggregated page-view statistics (up to 14 months, consent-based, no cross-site profiling).

3.3 Third-Party Embeds

The contact page embeds a Google Map (maps.google.com), which may set its own cookies under Google's policies when loaded. Embedded media is only loaded when you view the page; no third-party advertising or social trackers run on this site.

3.4 Managing Cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the floating banner, clear stored consent at any time through your browser settings, or block cookies entirely — the site remains fully usable with cookies disabled. Contact [email protected] for anything unclear.

4

Refund Policy

4.1 Before Kickoff

If you cancel a project before any work has started, you receive a full refund of every amount paid, including deposits — no questions, no processing fee.

4.2 After Kickoff

Once research, interviews, or drafting has begun, the kickoff deposit (50% on projects above $1,000, 100% on smaller assets) is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid fee covering work not yet performed, prorated at the agreed project rate.

4.3 Not Happy With a Draft?

Every project includes two revision rounds. If the deliverable still materially departs from the agreed brief after revisions, we re-write it once at no cost or refund the project fee in full at your choice. Refund requests must reference the original brief so we can measure the gap fairly.

4.4 Retainers

Monthly retainers cancel anytime before the next billing date; the current month stays active until its end. Unused hours do not roll over beyond one cycle and are not payable as cash, except where cancellation occurs before the cycle starts — then the full cycle is refunded.

4.5 How to Request One

Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase, with the invoice number and a short description. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. EU consumers additionally benefit from the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal where it applies to distance contracts.
